We offer controlled release temperature dependent material having specifications as under:

Specifications of HT Encap or Encapsulated Breaker based on Ammonium Persulfate are as under:
Active matter: Ammonium persulfate 75-80%
Coating: 16-23%. Higher or lower coating percentage is preferred depending on down-hole temperatures.
Mesh size: 25-40mesh
Release time: Does not release at room temperature and negligible release up to 50°C or 125°F. Releases slowly when temperature is increased to 65°C or 150°F. Almost all the active matter will be released in 18 hours at 65°C. The material can be designed to give quick or slow release.

Encap or Encapsulated Potassium Persulfate:
Active matter
: Potassium persulfate 70%. Higher or lower coating percentage is preferred depending on down-hole temperatures.
Coating: 30%
Mesh size: 25-40mesh
Specific Gravity: Approximate 2

It is not active at lower temperatures up to 80°C. It slowly releases at higher temperature. It can be use when bottom hole temperatures are expected to be very high.

Coated or Encapsulate Potassium Persulfate based coated chemical to be active at 195F or 90C called high temperature delayed release gel breaker is used when significantly higher down-hole temperatures up to 300°F or 150°C are expected.
Coated or Encapsulated Sodium Bromate based gel breaker for very high temperatures. It will not be active up to 240°F or 115°C and is suggested for use at 280°F to 330°F or 138°C to 165°C.

Encapsulated Sodium Bromate:
Active matter
: Encapsulated Sodium bromate 65%. Higher or lower coating percentage is preferred depending on down-hole temperatures.
Temperature dependent coating: 35%
Mesh size: 15-40mesh
Specific Gravity: Approximate 2.5
Release time: Does not release at room temperature and negligible release up to 115°C or 240°F. Releases slowly when temperature is increased to 280C or 330F. It is recommended for use when down-hole temperatures 280°F to 330°F or 138°C to 165°C expected.
